APESA BOARD

The APESA (Association Parents Elèves de la Section Anglophone) Board oversees the management of the Anglophone Section, particularly in relation to finance, human resources (including recruitment) and communications. The Board also works hard to welcome new families to the Section by organising a range of social events, both in and outside the school. All families who join the Anglophone Section are automatically members of the APESA.

The President of the APESA can be contacted at apesa.president@gmail.com

Annual General Meeting

Each year the APESA Board organises an Annual General Meeting to which all members are invited. The President, Treasurer and Head of Section report on the previous year's activities, budget and spending; new Board members are elected; and spending plans for the year ahead are discussed. A presentation of the most recent AGM, held on 17 October 2023, is available for parents and includes reports from the President of the APESA, the Head of the Anglophone Section and the Treasurer.

Election of the APESA Board

A key feature of the AGM is the election of the APESA Board. Up to 12 members of the association are elected to serve as representatives of the parent body as a whole, with positions running for 2 academic years.
