INTERSEC is the association at CSI Lyon which works to foster connections between families across the school, from all the different International Sections. During a "normal" year Intersec would be the driving force behind a wide range of school events, including the Christmas Market, the Careers Fair and the end-of-year Kermesse (school fair). This year, unfortunately, most of these events have had to be put on hold or moved online and the association members have been working hard to come up with other fun ideas. The "Semaines du goût" is one such example: a joint project where all the Sections take turns to create and share online a menu of traditional dishes from their home countries.
The Anglophone Section invites all our families to submit their favourite traditional recipes for consideration: starters, main courses, desserts - the choice is yours. The chosen recipes will be shared on the Intersec Facebook page during the Anglophone Section's own semaine du goût (7-13 June).
Anglophone Section Families...recipes and accompanying photos (originals only please - nothing copied from the internet!) should be submitted to admin@csianglo.org by the 4th June at the latest. Please include "semaine du goût" in the subject line of your email.
