APESA Annual General Meeting 2024

As the parent or guardian of a child in the Anglophone Section of CSI, you are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the APESA, on Tuesday 15th of October, 7pm at the Novotel Gerland, 70 Avenue Leclerc, Lyon 69007.

Below you will find all the key information and supporting documents relating to this important event. We ask that all members take the time to read the official convocation and the Agenda for the meeting, and to either confirm their attendance or to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.

Joining the APESA Board

The English language (Anglophone) Section of the CSI is funded by the parents' association known as the APESA (Association des Parents d’Elèves de la Section Anglophone), which is supervised by an elected Board of parent-members. The APESA Board consists of 12 elected members who are each elected for a two-year term. Volunteering for the Section as a Board member is a great way to contribute to the APESA community, enabling you to meet new people and work to improve our children’s school environment.

Each year, as members come and go, the Board recruits new Board members who present their candidacy at the APESA’s Annual General Meeting.

Nominations to join the APESA Board in 2024 are now closed. Please click here to find out more about the members who will be standing for election to the APESA Board at the Annual General Meeting.

We look forward to meeting many of you at the AGM. If you have any questions please contact the APESA President, Lara Bonucci, at apesa.president@gmail.com.

Warm regards,

The APESA Board
