As the parent or guardian of a child in the Anglophone Section of CSI, you are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the APESA, on Tuesday the 17th of October, 7pm at the Novotel Gerland, 70 Avenue Leclerc, Lyon 69007.

Below you will find all the key information and supporting documents relating to this important event. We ask that all members take the time to read the official convocation and the Agenda for the meeting, and to either confirm their attendance or to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. You can also find out more about the APESA Board and information about standing for election to join the Board.

Can't make it to the AGM?
If you want to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, use this proxy voting form. If you
choose to appoint a proxy, you will need to complete and sign the proxy form, then pass the form to your proxy who will need to print a copy, sign it and bring it to the AGM on the 17th October.
